Our wine shop and club strive to offer the best service possible. Please contact us if there are any problems with your wine or orders. We do a lot of orders every day, so please let us know if there are questions, problems or concerns - we try our best to make all members feel they are supported and issues are resolved quickly.
Legaleasy
You must be 21 years of age to order or receive or pickup alcoholic beverages from Sonoma Wine Shop. Wines will be held at Will Call for pickup, unless the customer makes other arrangements. Any shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an "Adult Signature Required" sticker, and the common carrier that delivers our merchandise is required to ask and check for identification upon delivery. This means that you will have to be present at the time of delivery.
Returns
We will accept wine returned within 30 days. Wine that shows signs of damage such as excessive heat or cold or other physical damage cannot be accepted in return. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges in both directions.
PUBLIC SPACE
Our 2 locations are Open to the Public. Sonoma is 21+. We reserve the right to refuse service. People wearing inappropriate attire or loud, obnoxious behavior, refusing to show legal id, or appearing inebriated will not be allowed service.
GOVERNMENT WARNING

Shipping & Freight
Club members receive discounted shipping on all wine orders.
Sonoma Wine Shop will arrange for shipment on behalf of the buyer, to an address specified by the buyer, provided that SWS in its sole judgement believes that such shipment will not subject SWS to the risk of any sort of legal action or other harm. Title passes to the buyer in the wine retailer’s home state at the time the transaction closes and that subsequent shipment is at the buyer’s discretion and risk. If a buyer lives in a state where the direct shipment of wine by SWS violates the law, we suggest that the buyer provide an alternative address in another state or have their wine shipped to a third-party storage facility in a direct shipping-friendly state. Customers are responsible for paying all state required taxes, duties, fees and customs. Title passes to the buyer in California at the time the transaction closes and that subsequent shipment is at the buyer’s discretion and risk.
Sonoma Wine Shop contracts with common carriers and licensed wine shippers. These companies can deliver your wine to a wide range of locations. Some of these companies have been collecting required shipping licenses for over 25 years. Our customers consigns their orders to these shipping companies who provide their services.
