This wine is lightly bodied but intense with cedary earth tones. Harvest View specializes in the art of wine blending. We strive to elevate each wine with gentle touches. We worked with 3 winemakers and 1 wine juggler to create this memorable gem. The core vineyard created a nice, light, beautiful wine. We brought it together with an earthy, rustic, cedary touch of pinot grown deep in the Russian River valley. Together, we found just the right blend to maintain the core, while highlighting the forest elements. Perfect pairing for cedar planked salmon.
