Seebass produces some of the best wine in Mendocino County.

La Bodega is ranked as one of the best restaurants in Sonoma County.

There are reasons both businesses do so well. Seebass produces wines using techniques honed in exquisite French wineries. La Bodega prepares food using techniques crafted in Parisian kitchens. Both now use excellent gourmen ingredients: one from their own Mendocino vineyard; the other from many local sources as well as a few carefully imported gems.
