Members Guide

Thank you for joining our Wine Club. We believe that a club is run for the benefit of the members. We’ll do our best to help each and every member, each and every day. Please, let us know how we can help you better.

TastingClub Members: Each quarter, you'll receive 2 bottles for $50 - these are the favorites at our tasting room. You'll love them. Please specify 2 reds or 1 red/1 white.

Custom Member Profile: Each custom member has a wine tasting profile. You set a budget, number of bottles, and how often to ship. Your profile can be very open or very specific. We do our best to read each profile to determine which wines to send each member.

Will Call Members: Save money by picking your wine up at the shop - receive 10% off the lowest price.

Case Members: 2 (or more) times a year, you'll receive a case picked especially for you based upon your profile. Also, you'll save 10% off the lowest price, and get very low shipping prices (most states). Best way to get great wines at a great price.

All Members: If you place an extra order OR are in the wine shop, receive 10% off the lowest price (Case Members get this 10% off already). Call in a gift order, and save.

Tasting Room Specials: Members who buy 2 or more of these wines and get special pricing. This wines are priced right (we are not allowed to publish these prices on the internet to the general public) Members can log into their account in order to review what deals are available. Again, take 10% off these low prices.

Wine Selection: We focus on purchasing rare wines of great value. We believe the wine must be worth shipping across the country and be hard to find even in California. We also believe the price of the wine must reflect true value. We use our tasting room to get club member reaction to each wine - only the best survive!

Tasting Notes: Our notes help show these wine styles - a basic idea of each wine so you can decide whether the wine will fit your mood and your food. We keep the notes simple too.

Shipping: Shipping is done in house. We maintain tracking orders and can find most orders quickly. Orders require adult signature or business addresses to ensure proper handling.
Great Case Shipping Deals: 12 bottle case shipping is $20 in CA, $25 Most States. Let us send a mixed case for your next party. Out of state orders is CA tax free (except NH). Arnold says thank you for drinking some California wine.
Gift Memberships: 3 month minimum. Same great wines and great service. Surprise your mother-in-law. Really! Its a nice thing.
Payment: Please provide us accurate credit info and billing address so we can process your order quickly. We’d hate to send your bottles to another member if your file gets out of date. But our other members wouldn’t mind.
How to Order More: Call, write, fax or email us to get these great deals on great wines. Give a gift to your mother in law. Show off your wine country connection with the local wine know-it-all. Or not.
